Position: HR Assistant Manager Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Cavite City Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-6:10PM Salary: Php 40,000 ~ Php 60,000 Work Set Up: Work On site

- Graduate of bachelor’s degree Major in Psychology or any Related Course
- With at least 4 years of experience in manpower supervision/handling
- With at least more than 8 years of experience in Employee Relation & Discipline
- Willing to work Onsite
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily operations of Employee Relation & Discipline and Employee Programs and ensure process consistency.
- Monitor workflow performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Handle initial and moderate employee relations cases and escalate complex issues.
- Support internal and external audits through preparation of required documents and evidence
- Guide Supervisors and Staffs in executing HR procedures and standards.
