Join our healthcare team as a Medical Virtual Assistant ! We are seeking dedicated individuals with experience in healthcare BPO operations, including prior authorization, scheduling patient appointments, and handling claims/insurance verification. This role offers both hybrid and onsite opportunities in Pasay City | NIGHT SHIFT
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate patient medical records
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care
- Handle prior authorizations with insurance providers
- Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification
- Support claims processing and follow-ups
- Ensure accurate use of medical terminology and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Support daily medical office workflows and operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in a BPO healthcare account (prior authorization, scheduling appointments, handling claims, and insurance verification)
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
