Job Summary
Clavano Printers is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager/Head to oversee and optimize daily production operations.
The role requires strong expertise in production planning, manpower utilization, efficiency improvement, and machine maintenance to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee production scheduling and planning to meet delivery timelines.
· Ensure optimal manpower utilization and deployment.
· Implement line balancing and workflow improvements.
· Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity.
· Monitor and improve line efficiency and output performance.
· Supervise machine maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
· Coordinate closely with Sales and Pre-Press for job requirements.
· Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
· Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
· Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering (required)
· At least three (3) years experience in a production/manufacturing environment
· Strong knowledge of:
o Production scheduling
o Line balancing
o Time and motion study
o Efficiency measurement
o Machine maintenance systems
· Proven leadership and team management skills
· Highly analytical and results-driven
Preferred Skills
Experience in printing or similar production industry
Background in process improvement / lean manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
