Healthcare Account Associate (Mandaluyong City) . This role involves assisting patients and clients with healthcare-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate documentation of medical and account information.
At least 1 year of CCE (Call Center Experience)
High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
- Provide accurate information and resolve client concerns
