Administrative Assistant to the Education Head

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Education Head in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knows how to communicate and coordinate with government agencies such as TESDA
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Administrative experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Education Head with administrative tasks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
• Coordinate with government agencies and external partners
• Manage schedules, meetings, and records
• Support educational programs and activities
