What is this role about?
This role will monitor, summarize, and analyze all accounting-related transactions of company-owned and company-operated (COCO) retail stations.

What will YOU do?

• Daily review and checking of IMMT report

• Prepare and and reconcile Sales Volume, Final Sales Ledger, Freight Income and Freight Out Expense

• Prepare Inventory Analysis and Inventory Costing for the month

• Prepare ending-balance for the month

• Handle inputs of inventory movements and cost in the system 

• Prepare and submit various government compliance and management reports and requirements

• Provide schedules of inventory accounts and other related accounts for financial audit 

• Manage Item, Depot, and Warehouse enrollment in UMDT

• Reconcile AR accounts and prepare AR-related reports

What will YOU need?

• Open to fresh graduates

• Must have effective communication skills

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course

• Must be willing to extend working hours or work on weekends as needed

• Knowledgeable in Google Sheets; Must have good time management and problem solving skills
