REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino‑Chinese proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Undergraduate and Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Open to fresh graduates with strong learning ability, excellent problem‑solving skills, and outstanding cross‑functional communication skills
• Candidates with experience in IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Support, System Integration, or related roles are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand and improve business processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective cross‑department communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Azure, BI tools, workflow documentation, or system implementation is an advantage
• Willing to travel occasionally to support store operations

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Provide operational support and maintenance for store systems, including POS, marketing, and online payment platforms.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and collaborate with the development team to deliver effective IT solutions.
• Participate in the full project life cycle: initiation, requirements gathering, system configuration, deployment, on-site support, user training, and post‑implementation assistance.
• Troubleshoot system and operational issues during implementation, ensuring functional testing and business support.
• Coordinate and communicate across departments to ensure seamless project execution and business alignment.
• Support store operations through occasional business travel as needed.
