POSITION TITLE: Senior Digital Strategist Lead

WORK SETUP: Day Shift
The Senior Digital Strategist leads the planning, development, and execution of innovative digital strategies for clients. This role combines social media expertise, digital trend analysis, and team leadership to drive client growth, optimize digital performance, and expand the agency’s digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Service Expansion & Product Offerings
- Develop and launch new digital services (e.g., social commerce, live selling, platform-specific campaigns).
- Implement automation tools and workflows to enhance efficiency in content creation, reporting, and digital operations.
- Identify emerging trends, platform features, and audience behaviors to inform team strategies.
Digital Strategy & Performance
- Lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize client digital presence and campaign performance.
- Serve as the go-to expert on digital and social media innovation within the agency.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor the digital team, ensuring skills progression and effective utilization of resources.
- Promote collaboration across teams to align digital strategies with overall client objectives.
- Ensure adherence to agency values and policies, including punctuality, administrative responsibilities, and onsite presence.
Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition
- Support business development by leveraging digital expertise to acquire new clients and expand services for
- existing clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital strategy, social media management, or digital marketing leadership.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and emerging digital trends.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently while driving results.
