• Ensure Approved Quotation, OSG, Debit Note, SOP are in place
• Responsible for all invoicing or every activity performed
• Ensure accuracy of billed cost thru interaction with IFFO and selling items
• Report/Monitor Low Yield Account, or Negative GM/NR
• Coordinates with sales, counterparts, and OPS for the scope of work required for each transaction
• Provide timely report of jobs done
• Ensure completeness of documentation and invoices from suppliers and counterpart
• Monitors every stage of the invoicing process in corresponding report
• Creating OR as final invoice attached in billing for BIR ruling
• Prepare the billing timely and dispatch the invoices with corresponding supporting documents based on agreed KPI with clients and/or agreed internal KPI
• Monitors dispatching and collection speed
• To abide to the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company
• Active participation in the operational process contributing positively to Countries SLA’s and Country operational KPI’s
• Individual fulfilling this role is expected, at a minimum, to manage and maintain individual file level profitability, revenue recognition and cost control leading to the highest level of financial health per shipment
• Take reasonable care of their own and other peoples’ Health and Safety in the workplace
• Report hazards in your work or in your environment that may be putting you or anyone’s Health & Safety at risk. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards and all applicable regulatory laws and guidelines
• In addition to this, you are required to carry out any other duties as reasonably required by your manager
