About the role
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and commissary kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient food production. Lead, train, supervise, and develop kitchen personnel while maintaining discipline, teamwork, and productivity. Manage food preparation and production for dine-in services, government and corporate events, packed meals, and catering functions. Ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-volume food orders without compromising quality, taste, or presentation.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and commissary kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient food production
Lead, train, supervise, and develop kitchen personnel while maintaining discipline, teamwork, and productivity
Establish and implement kitchen procedures, production schedules, and quality control standards
Manage food preparation and production for dine-in services, government and corporate events, packed meals, and catering functions
Ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-volume food orders without compromising quality, taste, or presentation
Supervise menu execution, portion control, food packaging, and catering preparation
Develop and improve menus that balance food quality, customer preferences, operational requirements, and profitability
Monitor food costing, portioning, inventory, purchasing requirements, and ingredient utilization
Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling, storage, and production procedures
About you
Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or similar culinary leadership position
Experience in restaurant operations, commissary kitchens, institutional catering, or high-volume food production
Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, menu planning, and kitchen cost control
Experience handling corporate events, government catering, packed meal production, or banquet services
Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen operations
Hands-on, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure and meeting strict production deadlines
Willing to work on-site in Greenfield, Mandaluyong City
