Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial strategies and sales plans for Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-Commerce.
Drive revenue growth, market expansion, distribution development, and new business opportunities.
Manage key accounts, distributors, and e-commerce partners while building strong, long-term business relationships.
Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, discounts, promotions, trade investments, and partnership agreements.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, budgets, and profitability, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Identify opportunities for brand growth, product development, channel expansion, and improved commercial returns.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure effective commercial execution.
Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to achieve business targets and performance objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in commercial management, sales leadership, or business development.
Strong experience in Modern Trade and General Trade account management and distribution.
Experience in E-Commerce and digital sales channels.
Solid understanding of sales planning, financial analysis, P&L management, and commercial negotiations.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
Results-oriented, strategic, and capable of driving profitable business growth.
