Location: Telebastagan San Fernando, Pampanga (On-site)
Employment: Full-Time
Schedule: Dayshift and Fixed Weekends Off
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports for strata corporations, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and account reconciliations.
- Administer trust accounts in compliance with applicable strata legislation and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, financial statements, and supporting financial schedules.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing audit-related inquiries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers and clients regarding financial matters and account-related concerns.
- Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation.
- Generate levy notices, monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain accurate arrears records.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with relevant accounting standards and organizational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Australian accounting, strata accounting, property accounting, or a similar accounting role.
- Experience with Australian taxation, BAS preparation, payroll processing, and wage calculations is a plus
- Knowledge of trust accounting and Australian strata legislation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Strata Master, StrataMax, MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks .
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
