Location: Telebastagan San Fernando, Pampanga (On-site)

Employment: Full-Time

Schedule: Dayshift and Fixed Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports for strata corporations, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and account reconciliations.
• Administer trust accounts in compliance with applicable strata legislation and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain annual budgets, financial statements, and supporting financial schedules.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing audit-related inquiries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers and clients regarding financial matters and account-related concerns.
• Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation.
• Generate levy notices, monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain accurate arrears records.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensure financial records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with relevant accounting standards and organizational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Australian accounting, strata accounting, property accounting, or a similar accounting role.
• Experience with Australian taxation, BAS preparation, payroll processing, and wage calculations is a plus
• Knowledge of trust accounting and Australian strata legislation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as  Strata Master, StrataMax, MYOB, Xero, or  QuickBooks .
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
