- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role . Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Excellent organizational and time management skills.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) Maintain and reconcile general ledger and bank statements prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements Manage accounts payable and receivable Process invoices, payroll, and tax filings as needed Monitor and manage cash flow Assist with budgeting and forecasting Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls Support audits and liaise with external accountants .
