The primary duty of the Business Development Manager for Air Logistics is to drive the growth within the geographical scope, interface to FU Sales, xBU sales engagement, lead/support product development, lead/support pricing and all solutions under Air Logistics.

How you create impact

Strategic Business Development

• Fully responsible for country volume & yield growth/retention.
• Customer development, FU Sales & xBU Sales engagement
• Understanding key local market dynamics and react as needed
• Analyze competition and market data to ensure KN understand the key gaps and working with National Air Logistics Manager to bridge them and deliver superior solution/service in the geographical coverage area.
• Speak in local industry forums / exhibitions and write press articles

Product Development

• Responsible or support all product rollout within country as per global team direction.
• Pricing responsible or support ensure country team follow global direction, meeting set KPI and rollout the process.
• Responsible for local sustainability topics and support global rollout plans.

Operation & Customer Experience

• Support Customer Care location setup and ensure we follow global process.
• Responsible to monitor country Customer Feedback tool and its feedback with CCL Manager.
• Support escalation and ensure continue to work with CCL / OCC & RCC responsible to improve the overall performance & customer experiences.

What we would like you to bring

• Background in Freight Forwarding, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in Air Logistics with strong leadership exposure
• Proven skills in communication, negotiation, product knowledge, and influencing stakeholders
• Motivated, results‑driven professional who thrives on process improvement
• Fluent in English and proficient in the local language
• Willing to travel internationally as required
