Sales Executive - Logistic - 1year Experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or account management

(logistics experience is an advantage)

• Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transport, distribution) is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with WMS/TMS is an

advantage  Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services
• Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales leads
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, and Operations teams to ensure accurate service execution
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle day-to-day account

concerns

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, bookings, and documentation
• Monitor service performance and address client issues or escalations promptly
• Assist in contract preparation, rate negotiation, and service agreements
• Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and client status reports
• Support billing coordination by validating charges, rates, and service records
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and client SLAs

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Revenue generation and sales target achievement
• Number of new clients/accounts acquired
• Client retention and satisfaction levels
• Accuracy of quotations and documentation
• Timeliness of coordination and issue resolution
• Billing accuracy and support efficiency

Salary Range- 25,000 Work Location: Reach Bldg, Pres D. Macapagal BLVD, Moa Complex, Pasay City Work Schedule- Monday to Friday – 8:30am- 6:06 pm.
