Junior Lead, Quality Assurance

Job Purpose
- Responsible for the creation and execution of quality assurance methodologies to ensure timely and accurate identification, assessment, measurement and reporting of process and product gaps.
- Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports on Quality Assurance Check results to properly identify risk indicators within process and product quality assurance reviews.
- Works with Acceptance Services Division (ASD), Sales (LBD/CPD), Collections (CRD) among others, in identifying common and trending errors, and to recommend further corrective actions or process or policy improvements.
- Acts as the Division’s BIO representative. Prepares, coordinates and submits key risk reports of the Credit Risk Management Division i.e. RCSA, Loss Events/OLER, ISRA, ISAC, BIA, BCP, Risk Dashboard, Credit Card/PL Risk Profile, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or information systems.
- Credit- Operations/ Underwriting-related and Operational Risk/ Audit work experience is preferred
- Background/experience working in a Bank under Retail Lending is an advantage
