Job Summary KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Junior Quality & Compliance Specialist to monitor content and monetization policies, conduct quality assessments, manage compliance flags, and support AV compliance, DMCA processes, and policy improvements across digital content operations. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or risk management, with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to maintain quality standards, minimize risks, and protect brand reputation. Key Responsibilities Policy Enforcement & Quality Audits
- Monitor and manage compliance flags within the Google Policy Center, ensuring programs adhere to applicable monetization and content policies.
- Conduct quality assessments across campaign types, including display, download intent, and installer formats.
- Regularly review, identify, and document non-compliant programs within the catalog.
- Support AV compliance activities by tracking warnings and managing blocked programs.
- Assist in processing Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices and related compliance tasks promptly.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to update and improve compliance guidelines and procedures for new content verticals, including push notifications and installer formats.
- Ensure policy updates and revisions are consistently implemented across white-label products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support compliance activities and resolve quality-related concerns.
- Use project management tools such as Jira or Asana to track tasks, maintain visibility, and support team collaboration.
- Prepare compliance activity reports and summaries for management as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or risk management — ideally within the digital media, advertising, or technology sectors.
- Basic understanding of Google's compliance and monetization policiesand relevant industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify compliance issues and assess quality standards.
- Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to support compliance investigations and corrective actions.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms related to automation, AI, and quality assurance processes, including web-based applications and security monitoring solutions.
- Good written and spoken English; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar, are an advantage but not required.
