About the Role
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing timely and efficient customer support through email and messaging platforms. The role involves responding to merchant inquiries, addressing concerns through group chats on Viber and Telegram, coordinating with the appropriate departments when necessary, and preparing settlement reports after each shift. The ideal candidate should have good written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally while ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive merchant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries: Providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions via chat or any messaging platforms.
- Handling complaints: Managing difficult situations or dissatisfied customers professionally and empathetically.
- Following communications protocols: Adhering to company guidelines for tone, languages and etiquette during chats and responding to emails.
- Meeting performance metrics: Achieving targets such as response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.

Education and Qualifications :
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business courses or any related (preferred but not mandatory)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Support or related field
