Role Summary
This role supports the country data and analytics team by handling day-to-day data tasks, organizing training sessions, and helping business teams adopt standard global tools. It is ideal for someone early in their career who has foundational data skills and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Tool Support & Rollout: Assist in rolling out global analytics tools and track adoption rates across business teams.
- Training & Coordination: Help prepare training materials, schedule workshops, and assist users with basic troubleshooting.
- Data Maintenance: Help maintain existing dashboards, pull routine reports, and clean data datasets.
Key Requirements & Specifications
1. Experience & Background
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data operations, business intelligence support, or a commercial/marketing internship.
2. Technical Skills (Basic to Moderate)
- Spreadsheets: Strong Excel skills (xlookup, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- BI Tools: Basic familiarity with viewing or navigating Power BI dashboards.
- Data Querying: Basic understanding of data concepts; willingness to learn basic data manipulation.
3. Soft Skills & Competencies
- Communication: Patient, approachable, and able to explain simple tech concepts clearly to beginners.
- Coordination: Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and following up with different teams.
- Learning Agility: Eager to learn new tools quickly and adapt to change.
