QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a college graduate.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in data science or data engineering.
- Has digital skills, problem-solving skills, and business awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and process data from various sources, including VMS, GoCanvas, manual reports, and internal databases.
- Clean, validate, and transform raw data into usable formats for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the Data Team Lead and the MIS department to support ad hoc data requests and ongoing report needs.
- Document data definitions, report logic, and processes for internal consistency and training purposes.
- Ensure data accuracy and flag anomalies or inconsistencies for resolution.
- Stay updated on analytics tools, methods, and best practices to continuously improve analysis quality.
