The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple dialysis centers within a specified location. Reporting directly to the Head of Health Care Services, and the main focus is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of patient care services, optimizing operational processes, compliance to policy and procedures and driving continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the overall performance of the dialysis centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to dialysis center including the Head Nurses and staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple dialysis centers, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance protocols across all dialysis centers.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives, best practices, and standardized processes to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor center managers and staff to ensure competency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals and values.
• Provide quarterly coaching and mentoring, providing regular feedback, and monitors professional development opportunities to enhance staff performance, engagement, and retention.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning to promote employee satisfaction and success.
• Recommend and manage budgets, conduct forecasting, and financial plans for the dialysis centers, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
• Optimize resource allocation, including staffing levels, equipment utilization, and supply chain management, to maximize efficiency and improve cost management
• Analyze financial data, variance reports, and operational trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, corporate support functions, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to foster partnerships, promote collaboration, and drive business growth.
• Serve as a liaison between the dialysis centers, corporate headquarters, and regulatory agencies to facilitate communication, address issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Build strong relationship with referring nephrologist in their assign dialysis centers
• Initiate business development initiatives for expansion of the Health Care Services team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations management, with specific experience in dialysis services preferred. 
• Strong understanding of dialysis operations, clinical processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. 
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and financial performance in a multi-site healthcare environment. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems (e.g., EHR, practice management software).
