As a  Sales Manager - Operating Room Supplies at B. Braun you plays a vital role in leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, overseeing day-to-day sales operations, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and collaborating with other departments to drive overall business growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales data in Salesforce (ALEXIS) by creating and managing opportunities, logging all customer and account interactions, and converting assigned leads to drive pipeline, sales and growth.

Your key responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market conditions, business objectives, and organizational targets, while monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear targets, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and implementing training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
• Optimize sales processes and tools , including CRM systems, workflows, and onboarding procedures, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accurate data management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships , lead high-level negotiations, resolve issues promptly, and implement customer retention strategies to drive loyalty and reduce churn.
• Analyze and report on sales performance metrics , market trends, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams on lead generation, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives to support overall business goals.

What you will bring to the team: 

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience : 10–15 years in sales/commercial roles, including 3–5 years in leadership positions with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Leadership & Strategy : Strong team management, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Communication & Negotiation : Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities to build relationships at all levels.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools; solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Personal Attributes : Results-oriented, highly organized, with integrity, urgency, and ability to perform under pressure.
