Leasing and Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Leasing and Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, marketing, and maintenance of commercial building properties and land leases. This role plays a key part in ensuring occupancy targets are met and that tenant relationships are effectively managed.

Qualifications:

• Atleast Five (5) years of experience in mall leasing and/or operations, administration of real estate properties, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in market research, budgeting, and client relationship management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations, building management, and maintenance of commercial building properties and land leases.
• Implement enhancement programs for the malls in accordance with management directives.
• Monitor market conditions, trends, and spaces for lease; conduct feasibility studies and prepare recommendations.
• Establish rental rates by surveying local retail rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
• Maintain operating expense and performance of leasing activities, including retail operating expenses, P&L, and budget.
• Act as account manager for tenants, handling negotiations, daily coordination, and lease administration.
• Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and conditions, maintaining their safety and satisfaction.
• Coordinate mall events and marketing programs to attract new tenants and increase foot traffic.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
