Supply Chain Manager| Onsite We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory, production, and logistics operations across our Retail, Direct-to-Consumer (Shopify), and Amazon channels. This critical role focuses on demand forecasting, sales trend analysis, and strategic inventory management to ensure the right inventory is consistently positioned across our 3PL network and Amazon fulfillment centers. Key Responsibilities Demand Planning & Inventory Management Analyze sales trends and historical data to forecast inventory requirements across all sales channels (top priority). Develop inventory strategies to optimize stock levels across multiple 3PL warehouses and Amazon fulfillment centers. Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for Shopify, Amazon, and retail channels in collaboration with the CEO. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages, overstocks, and operational inefficiencies. Coordinate with 3PL warehouses to maintain accurate inventory records and stock counts. Production & Supplier Management Communicate directly with factories in China to place purchase orders, coordinate product updates, and oversee production processes from start to finish. Test and assess new products for quality, performance, and market readiness. Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules to ensure timely product delivery across all channels. Manage Amazon FBA inventory and oversee inbound shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. Supervise international freight shipments to the U.S., ensuring customs compliance and on-time delivery. Collaborate with 3PL providers to optimize warehousing, storage, packing, and shipping operations. Manage barcodes, product labeling, and packaging requirements to ensure compliance with Retail, Shopify, and Amazon standards. Qualifications Required Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control. Hands-on experience managing Retail Wholesale, DTC (Shopify), and Amazon sales channels simultaneously. Strong expertise in demand forecasting, sales analysis, and inventory planning. Experience coordinating with international suppliers/manufacturers, particularly in China. Knowledge of Amazon FBA operations, 3PL management, and international shipping logistics. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience with supply chain software, ERP systems, or inventory management platforms. Familiarity with customs regulations, compliance standards, and international trade processes.
