Construction Project Manager Location: JDN IT Center Building 3 & 4, Mandaue City, Cebu (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Graveyard Shift About the Role We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has extensive construction project management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of construction projects Ensure project completeness from design, permitting, planning, and execution Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders Track project deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements Identify project risks, gaps, and potential issues before they impact delivery Ensure all documentation, drawings, and project submissions are accurate and complete Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency Qualifications Extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects Strong understanding of construction design, engineering coordination, and permitting processes U.S. construction industry experience is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset Technical Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with project management software is an advantage Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and project documentation Strong project planning, reporting, and documentation skills What We're Looking For Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Work Setup Full-Time 100% Onsite JDN IT Center Building 3 & 4, Mandaue City, Cebu Graveyard Shift
