About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and proactive Account Executive with a strong background in marketing, advertising, or sales to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams—understanding client visions, offering strategic solutions, and promoting our suite of services. If you thrive on building meaningful business relationships, closing deals, and driving growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Solution Selling: Deeply understand client needs, preferences, and vision to deliver tailored, creative strategies and highlight key service benefits.
- Lead Generation & Sales Execution: Actively generate leads, present compelling sales proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal execution teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication.
- Brand & Service Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to position our offerings effectively in the market.
- Problem-Solving & Strategy: Develop quick, effective solutions to client challenges and adapt promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
Qualifications Required:
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional persuasive, verbal, and written communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive & Motivation: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Core Competencies: Solid organizational/management skills and strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Preferred:
- Background & Experience: Proven work experience or track record of success in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising .
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
