Location: Taguig
Work Set-up: On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and business data to support strategic decision-making.
- Build reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to CRM initiatives.
- Identify customer behavior trends and business growth opportunities.
- Support campaign analysis, segmentation, and retention strategies.
- Work with various departments to improve data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain data quality and support CRM system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or CRM.
- Experience supporting digital or online products.
- Coding experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.
