JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree Holder in accounting, finance, or a related field At least 3 years experience in corporate accounting, bookkeeping, or property management Amenable to attend face to face interviews Willing to work in Cavite Can start as soon as possibleJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage corporate and personal banking transactions, as well as tax compliance requirements. Coordinate with the External Accountant regarding BIR reports, tax notices, EFPS filings, and applications for new Official Receipts (OR). Execute banking transactions for both corporate and personal accounts, including withdrawals, deposits, fund transfers, account opening and closing, check requests, and currency exchange. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, oversee property management, tenant billing and collections, government compliance, and maintenance of company-owned real estate properties and vehicles. Maintain and regularly update ledger records for advances involving corporate affiliates. Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary in preparing and managing essential corporate documents.RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (FACE TO FACE)
