The Marketing and Growth Coordinator supports marketing and communications for the client’s programs across both business-to-business and business-to-consumer audiences.

The role creates content and coordinates campaigns that showcase program experiences, client and participant outcomes, and community impact. It supports corporate partnerships, consumer engagement, lead generation and other initiatives that build awareness, participation and sustainable growth.

The position reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the client’s partnerships and program teams to convert strong program delivery into persuasive, evidence-based marketing.

  Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Create and coordinate B2B and B2C content for websites, email, social media, presentations, brochures, program materials, partner toolkits and other digital and printed channels.
• Adapt content, messaging and calls to action for corporate decision-makers, partners, program participants and consumer audiences.
• Support integrated B2B and B2C campaigns designed to generate corporate enquiries, consumer awareness, engagement, participation and conversion.
• Support communications across corporate-partner and consumer journeys, including awareness, enquiry, nurture, conversion, participation and post-program engagement.
• Work with partnerships and sales stakeholders to maintain marketing collateral, nurture content, pitch materials and follow-up communications across the client journey.
• Maintain the editorial and campaign calendar, ensuring activities align with marketing and sales priorities, program capacity and agreed delivery timelines.
• Publish and update digital content using website, email, social and CRM platforms, applying brand and quality standards.
• Develop case studies and program stories, and capture client feedback, testimonials, program metrics and approved imagery for use in marketing and sales enablement.
• Track campaign, content, lead, engagement and conversion indicators across B2B and B2C activities; maintain routine dashboards and recommend practical improvements.
• Conduct audience, sector, competitor and partner research to support campaign targeting and value proposition development.
• Support webinars, events, corporate activations and other marketing or partnership initiatives as required.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience across integrated marketing, including exposure to B2B and B2C content, digital campaigns, partner marketing, audience engagement or sales enablement.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate credibly with corporate stakeholders and turn complex offerings into clear benefits.
• Demonstrated experience developing B2B and B2C content, including case studies, email campaigns, presentations, website copy, social content, consumer communications and partner collateral.
• Understanding of lead generation, B2B and B2C customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign measurement and collaboration with sales or partnership teams.
• Experience with Australian or international corporate stakeholders, ESG, CSR, sustainability, employee engagement, events or purpose-led programs is highly regarded.
• Working knowledge of CRM, email marketing, CMS, LinkedIn, analytics, project management and visual-content tools such as Canva.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder follow-up and quality-control skills in a remote working environment.
• A portfolio or work samples demonstrating polished B2B and B2C content and campaign delivery.

We Are Offering

• A competitive salary in the range of P42,000 to P58,000 per month, aligned with skills, experience and qualifications.
• The role will work a schedule aligned with Australian and/or Philippine business hours. US working hours are not required. Some flexibility will be required from time to time to accommodate meetings, presentations and other business activities.
