Work Schedule
Monday through Friday during Pacific Time business hours. Occasional additional or weekend hours may be required depending on business needs.

Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our internal and external marketing activities.
This position will coordinate marketing communications, manage shared inboxes, schedule meetings, track projects and deadlines, support email campaigns, coordinate vendors, maintain marketing files, and assist with website and creative projects.
The ideal candidate communicates clearly, follows through without repeated reminders, manages multiple projects independently, and carefully reviews all work before submission.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the View email address on eggsunlimited.applytojob.com and View email address on eggsunlimited.applytojob.com inboxes.
• Respond to internal and external marketing requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage Intranet Central communications, posts, updates, and requests.
• Monitor incoming messages and inquiries across company social media platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, project tracker, task assignments, and deadline reminders.
• Follow up with team members and vendors regarding outstanding assignments and deadlines.
• Manage Salesloft contacts, campaigns, email blasts, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining the company’s CRM system.
• Organize incoming leads, assign ownership, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate vendors, request quotes, place orders, and follow up on production and delivery.
• Order business cards, branded materials, and other marketing supplies.
• Coordinate the distribution of the monthly newsletter.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, trackers, and other marketing materials.
• Create and edit basic Canva designs, presentations, social media graphics, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Assist with WordPress website updates, including pages, blogs, images, links, forms, and other content.
• Support expo, event, advertising, social media, and other marketing projects as needed.
• Maintain organized marketing folders and document where logos, letterhead, templates, photographs, and other assets are stored.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to support research, communication, content development, and productivity.
• Write clear and detailed prompts that provide AI tools with the necessary context and instructions.
• Review, fact-check, edit, and improve all AI-generated work before using or submitting it.
• Review all work for accuracy, grammar, brand consistency, and overall quality.
• Handle company contacts, lead lists, vendor information, and internal communications confidentially.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, administration, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to use Excel for trackers, contact lists, reporting, data organization, and basic formulas.
• Basic Canva design skills, including creating and editing presentations, social media graphics, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Experience using large language model tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to write effective AI prompts, provide sufficient context, review AI-generated work, verify accuracy, and revise the final output.
• Understanding that AI-generated content must never be copied and submitted without human review.
• Experience creating professional presentations, reports, trackers, and internal communications.
• Ability to work effectively during Pacific Time business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM or lead-management platform.
• Experience managing email campaigns and contact lists.
• Familiarity with WordPress or another content management system.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing KPIs.
• Experience coordinating vendors, orders, events, or expo projects.
• Basic photo or video editing experience is a plus.
