Procurement Assistant

- Manage procurement processes and strategies to optimize costs.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier contracts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, canvassing, or purchasing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in procurement software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with some travel required for supplier visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively.
