Job Description
The Senior Treasury Associate will be in charge of:
- Monitor and manage the Company's daily cash position to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational requirements.
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers, government agencies, employees, and other stakeholders
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.
- Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments on treasury-related concerns.
- Provide suppliers with payment details and supporting documents, as necessary.
- Manage fund transfers and treasury transactions across entities and stores.
- Maintain and update treasury schedules, including Cash Position Reports, Bank Reconciliation Statements, Check Monitoring Reports, Fund Transfer Schedules, Advances and Liquidation Reports and Payment Monitoring Reports.
- Coordinate with the Finance Head on treasury-related transactions and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Perform other treasury-related duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, or any related course.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Treasury or Finance operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
