Treasury Supervisor

Description - Oversee the daily cash management activities to ensure efficient liquidity management.
- Monitor cash flow and forecast future cash positions for effective financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, banking relationships, and regulations.
- Supervise and train junior treasury staff to enhance team performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours and occasional overtime as needed.
