Business Development Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop maintain, and expand relationships with key clients, including real estate developers, renewable energy developers, water utilities/operators infrastructure developers, and relevant government agencies.
- Identify, track, and assess client investment plans, project pipelines, and construction schedules; source bankable and actionable project information.
- Support early-stage project development and assist in advancing marketing and business development initiatives with prospective clients.
- Organize and implement marketing and business development activities to strengthen client engagement and market positioning.
- Establish, maintain, and regularly update client and project information databases; conduct market analysis and provide reports to support strategic and project-level decision-making.
- Coordinate internal information sharing and provide management with relevant market intelligence and project updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, or related field; graduate studies are an advantage.
- At least ten (10) years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in local market development, B2B marketing, key account management, or project development within construction companies, EPC contractors, or large-scale developers.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine owner/developer landscape and investment environment.
- Established professional network with government agencies, leading developers, utilities, energy companies, consulting firms, and investment institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to access and evaluate project information and maintain senior-level client relationship
