Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering effective advertising solutions to clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the advertising industry, excellent networking skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business prospects
- Collaborate with the creatives team to develop compelling advertising proposals and campaigns
- Lead pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s services and capabilities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated with the latest advertising and marketing trends to drive innovation in business development strategies
- Attain annual targets, ensuring sustained growth and operational excellence
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the advertising, media, or marketing industry
- Strong network and connections within the advertising and marketing sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve business goals
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working independently
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, media planning, and branding is a plus
