- Lead and inspire a team of Client Managers to deliver exceptional cloud customer experiences
- Drive Client value, retention, and growth across a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Shape adoption strategies that help Client achieve meaningful business outcomes
- Influence executive stakeholders and champion the voice of the Client
- Build a high-performing, collaborative, and Client -first team culture
- Opportunity to lead a strategic, Client -facing team at the heart of OpenText Cloud success
- Ownership of renewal strategy and Client lifecycle outcomes across key accounts
- A collaborative environment partnering with Sales, Product, and Services leaders
- Exposure to executive-level Client engagement and high-impact decision making
- A platform to drive continuous improvement and innovation in Client success practices
- 10+ years of experience in Client success, account management, or sales in enterprise environments
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving Client retention and growth
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally in global, matrixed organizations
