Customer Service Representative (Onsite, Night Shift - SIGNING BONUS ON DAY 1)

About the role
We're looking for Customer Service Representatives who enjoy talking to people and helping them get things done. You'll support US customers by phone, email, and SMS, answer their questions, guide them through each step of their application, and follow up until their process is complete. This is a voice-heavy account that handles both inbound and outbound calls. You'll have daily performance targets, and your success depends on fast responses, consistent follow-up, and helping customers reach a decision.
Key responsibilities
Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, email, and SMS
Respond quickly to new inquiries and follow up consistently until each customer's process is complete
Check customer eligibility and understand their needs
Explain available options, requirements, and the application process clearly
Build rapport, address concerns, and guide customers toward completing their application and move-in for their new rental home
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and case requests
Keep accurate records in Salesforce and other internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Handle approximately 70 to 100+ calls per day, depending on business needs and your assigned workflow
About you
At least 2 years of customer service, call center, or BPO experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable with high call volume and daily targets
Confident handling customer concerns and persuading in a friendly, professional way
Outbound, sales, collections, or retention experience is a strong advantage
Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
Willing to work US night shift / schedule
