Are you a confident communicator with a passion for providing excellent service? We are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Taguig City .
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will handle interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in a dynamic BPO environment.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
- Amenable to night shift and shifting schedules
