Account Manager (B2C)
(ISR) Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Products, Inc. is an Electronic and Information Technology Company engaged in the importing, distribution, installation and after-sales service of electronic products and gadgets.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Promote and sell products/services directly to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Achieve individual sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
Customer Experience & Retention
- Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
Account Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems.
- Track sales activities, account status, and follow-ups.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to implement customer-focused strategies.
- Support campaigns, promotions, and events aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
