We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting, expenses, payroll support, inventory tracking, and financial reporting across multiple outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Record & reconcile daily sales (POS, cash, card, e-wallet)
- Track expenses, petty cash, and operational costs
- Process supplier invoices and monitor payments
- Assist payroll preparation & government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes)
- Maintain inventory & cost tracking reports
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries
- Support store managers and implement basic internal controls
Qualifications:
- College graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1+ year bookkeeping experience (F&B/retail a plus)
- Familiar with POS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and Philippine accounting rules
- Experience managing multiple outlets is a plus
