An E-Commerce Customer Service Representative assists customers with online orders, inquiries, and issues. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences across digital platforms while supporting smooth online operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Management required.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and website analytics.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and communicating with customers.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Woo commerce, and various email marketing platforms.
- Prior Ecommerce Customer Service experience.
- Ability to handle high volume customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented and accurate data entry.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
