Is currently looking for:
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or an Accountancy-related course;
- Experience as an accountant/ bookkeeper is an advantage;
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting, financial system;
- Knowledgeable in taxation and other periodic statutory requirements of various government agencies;
- Fast Learner, Flexible, and keen on details;
- Mature, high sense of responsibility, well-organized; can work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
- Hardworking and reliable;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented;
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounts information according to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAP) and complies with all government laws and regulations;
- Work closely with the auditors for the submission of the annual Audited Financial Statements and to all government entities;
- Supervises the Inventory and Warehouse In-charge;
- Prepare or assists payroll;
- Prepare and submit all reportorial requirements to all government offices such as but not limited to BIR, Customs, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc;
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the superior.
