Financial Analyst (Pioneer Team)

Here is your opportunity to work with Guam-based companies (USA) without leaving the Philippines. We are building a new finance shared services center in the Philippines that will service a group of established companies in Guam. As part of our pioneer team, you will work directly with Guam counterparts, gain US-territory client experience, and help set up the processes, standards and culture from day one.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for 4 assigned Guam companies
- Prepare bank reconciliations and support the month-end close
- Analyze variances against budget and prior periods and write short commentary
- Support costing analysis for vessel and service operations
- Help design reporting templates as a pioneer member
- Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA is an advantage
- 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Clear written English for reports and commentary
- Shipping or maritime exposure is a plus
