Scope of Services / Key Deliverables
The deployed personnel shall provide support to the Plan to Report Department, including but not limited to, the following:
- Bankwide MPR Actuals
- Bankwide Balance Sheet
- Balancing
- Preparation and consolidation of bankwide and segment FYE
- Consolidation of enabling units FYE
- Creation of BW cut into per segment
- SEC Form 17Q Disclosure – Segment Information
- Cost Allocation Results Summary (indicative and final numbers)
- Bankwide Budget Template Review and Population
- Updating of the budget deck for presentation to the President and SBC Board
- EPBCS Administrator
- Quarterly COA Review, UAT Test Document Review, and Sign-Off
