Job Description
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end hiring process to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role develops recruitment strategies, oversees the recruitment team, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a positive candidate experience while meeting organizational staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations
- Build employer branding and talent pipelines
- Coordinate with external agencies and job platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (typically 5+ years)
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
