Recruitment Assistant

What You’ll Do - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with applicants
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and applicant endorsements
- Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers
- Prepare recruitment documents and reports
- Assist during onboarding and pre-employment processing
- Respond to applicant inquiries professionally and promptly
- Support HR activities and administrative tasks when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook hiring, and other sourcing platforms is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Willing to learn and adapt to recruitment processes
