About The Role We are looking for a US Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. This position will be employed through LennorHive EOR and assigned to support one of our clients. The selected candidate will receive a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with ongoing HR and employee support throughout their employment. ? Work Schedule: Night Shift ? Work Setup: Remote, Philippines ? Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely U.S. payroll for multiple clients across various pay cycles.
- Review payroll inputs, identify discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
- Manage employee payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits.
- Handle payroll adjustments, reversals, voids, and off-cycle payments as needed.
- Respond to client and employee payroll inquiries and provide timely resolution.
- Maintain complete and accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Support multi-state, quarterly, and year-end payroll activities.
- Partner with HR, Tax, Benefits, and Accounting teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- 2–3 years of hands-on U.S. payroll processing experience.
- Experience processing payroll for multiple clients preferred.
- Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
- PEO or payroll service bureau experience is a plus.
- Must have a reliable personal computer and necessary work equipment.
- Payroll and HRIS systems.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and discrepancy-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
