Work Setup: Onsite | UK Shifting Schedule
We are looking for an experienced Collections Team Leader to lead a UK Banking Collections team and drive performance through effective coaching, monitoring, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Collections Associates
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with collection standards
- Review reports and implement action plans to achieve operational targets
- Handle escalations and support the resolution of complex collection cases
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in UK/US Collections Operations with team leadership experience
- Exposure to UK Banking and Collections accounts
- Strong understanding of collections processes, bucket flows, and the collections lifecycle
- Experience handling collections reports, performance metrics, and team management
- Knowledge of collections regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices
