Leads Generation Specialist (Quezon City)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Manage and oversee all incoming leads from social media platforms, website

inquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, referrals, marketing campaigns, and third-party

sources.

● Ensure all leads are accurately recorded, categorized, and assigned to the

appropriate sales personnel within established response time standards.

● Monitor lead flow and distribution to ensure balanced workload allocation

among sales representatives.

● Maintain lead tracking systems and databases to ensure complete and accurate

customer information.

● Implement lead qualification standards to identify high-potential sales

opportunities.

● Monitor the entire sales pipeline from inquiry to booking, job order creation,

service completion, and customer retention.

● Track lead progression and ensure timely movement through each stage of the

sales process.

● Identify stalled, inactive, or uncontacted leads and coordinate corrective actions

with the sales team.

● Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall

sales effectiveness.

● Ensure proper follow-up activities are conducted according to company

standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing

Management, Automotive Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications,

or any related business or sales-focused course.

● Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales Management, Lead Generation,

Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Development, or Sales

Operations.

● Experience in automotive services, vehicle enhancement, detailing, ceramic

coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, vinyl wrap, dealership

operations, or aftermarket products is highly preferred.

● Proven experience managing sales pipelines, lead tracking systems, and sales

performance metrics.
