QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Undergraduate with inventory experience in a Retail Sales are welcome to apply
- With good interpersonal skills and with pleasing personality
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role
- Good understanding of stock management procedures
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform inventory procedures according to the standards.
- Conducts inventory engagement as indicated on the plan.
- Performs inventory functions.
- Reports and communicates with the manager status of inventory engagement and any issues he/she would come across that needs specific immediate attention.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring quantities are accurate through regular physical counts
- Record keeping of all inventory transactions and updates
- Process inventory changes in database or inventory software
- Prepare documentation for inventory audits
- Assist in the receiving and dispatching of warehouse stock
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for all staff
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
